Customer and Partner Conference Pass Revised Refund Policy for NetApp Insight Las Vegas 2017.
100% Refund eligibility is based on:
If a registered attendee checked in on Sunday, October, 1, 2017, but then cancelled Sunday night after 6:00PM PST, 100% refund.
If a registered attendee sent us a cancellation in writing or contacted the call center to cancel at any time after Sunday, October 1, 2017, at 6:00PM PST, 100% refund.
For those who did not attend the conference, requests for cancellations of Customer, Partner, Day Passes, Appreciation Passes or Additional Sponsor Passes will be accepted until Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 11:59PM PST, 100% refund.
100% Refund eligibility is NOT based on:
1. If a registered attendee did not attend the event and did not contact us by email or phone by Wednesday, October 4, 2017, at 11:59PM PST, no refund
